Salomon Mens SpeedCross 2

I have had Salomon SpeedCross 2 trail shoes for quite a few marathons. This pair of shoes has been a great improvement to my trail shoes of before which hampered my performance when it started to rain. Getting my feet wet while running was very irritable and I was rather distracted by it. I found out that it does not always have to be the case when I started wearing this Salomon SpeedCross 2 trail shoes. It can withstand stepping into puddles regularly then dry quickly afterwards.

I am into all around running, even on off road and on harsh weather conditions. Lately I have been running with my Salomon SpeedCross 2 trail shoes and I could probably share with other readers the good things I liked about these trail running shoes:

1. It has great support while giving me excellent traction over slippery terrain or just normal ones.

2. There is the quick drying feature because of the synthetic leather and nylon mesh materials. Even when I unintentionally step on puddles or get caught in the rain while running I barely mind it at all.

3. When my feet get hot, I really have no problem with it as the breathable parts disperse the heat from my feet as I run.

4. The lacing of the shoe is called the Quicklace system, this sort of makes the shoe feel as if it was custom fit and I guess that is true. Salomon SpeedCross 2 trail shoes feel as if it molds itself into the shape of my feet for a perfectly comfortable fit. It gives a precise fit that assures me of less slip ups since I have better control.

5. Speaking of slip ups, you will rarely experience that with this pair of shoes. The shoes feature a technology called Winter Contragrip outer sole. This gives the excellent traction for wet roads, snow, and even slush on the surface I am running or walking on.

6. It did not let me down as a running shoe both for the road and trails because the cushioning system was made to be very comfortable.

7. Even the foot bed has cushioning properties. It has the part called the Ortholite to provide additional comfort to your feet. Since pushing off the ground in strange off-road terrain is hard, the forefoot of the shoe has nylon plates. This particular shoe technology maintains flexibility at all times while giving support to the structure of my feet.

There is nothing about Salomon SpeedCross 2 trail shoes that I do not like so my review of Salomon SpeedCross 2 trail shoes will have to end here. If you want a pair of shoes for running almost anywhere then I recommend Salomon SpeedCross 2 trail shoes. Especially because the grip is so good while it maintains flexibility and cushioning comfort all at the same time.
