The much talked about and debated barefoot running issue led me to my Nike Free 5.0 V4. However, I must say that I wasn't one to just settle for this kind of shoes just as easily, unless I buy them from a good running shoes store.

I couldn't say for sure that I'm totally sold with the idea of running really barefoot since my feet can't afford not to wear the proper shoes for work. This proved to be quite successful since a lot of foot problems and apprehensions about buying the right kind of shoes were resolved.

Now here's a good choice of a running shoe store, albeit adapting simple methods. A knowledgeable staff will not ask you your brand.
