Brooks Switch 4 has a HPR Plus and Contact Rubber Outsole plus a Forefoot Stable Pod Construction.

3. Brooks Defyance 4

Brooks Defyance 4 is an ideal shoe for neutral runners that opt for more balance and support in each stride. A caterpillar crush pad offers a smoother heel-to-toe transition while an arch saddle that is assymetrical, presents a snug, personalized fit.

It features the same upper as the Ravenna 2 with synthetic overlay materials plus element mesh and linings that, efficiently, manage moisture. In addition to this, it has an internal saddle that offers support. It has the same outsole as Ravenna 2, having both HPR Plus and Blown Rubber Outsoles that make it free from abrasions and lightweight, respectively. It offers stability and responsiveness with its Forefoot Stable Pod Construction.

Brooks Defyance 4 has an integrated HydroFlow® ST in its rearfoot that boosts stability while HydroFlow® in the forefoot absorbs impact upon heel strike. The rest of the technologies in the midfoot resemble Ravenna 2 such as BioMogo, DRB®(Diagonal Rollbar) Accel and full length S-257 Cushsole.

4. Brooks Trance 10

Brooks Trance 10 supplies a perfect blend of support, cushioning and comfort, enhanced by Brooks DNA that boosts its performance. An upper construction that makes use of microfiber and synthetic overlay materials plus element mesh and linings give utmost comfort to this shoe.
